Yazol Coffee and Scoop Stop, side by side.

Yazol Coffee leans into heritage: ethically sourced, fair trade, fresh roasted Ethiopian coffee, chai, matcha and fresh bakes from the Yazol Bakehouse.

Scoop Stop is the playful half: 28+ handcrafted ice cream flavors, milkshakes and scoop-and-shot pairings, made fresh in-house every day. Different moods, same kitchen, same family.

Buna

The Ethiopian coffee ceremony.

In Ethiopia, coffee is a ceremony called Buna: green beans roasted by hand, ground, and brewed in a clay jebena, then shared slowly with family, friends and neighbours. We bring that same spirit of community and hospitality to Yazol every day.

"A customer told us our sponge cake reminded them of their mother's baking back home."

Yazol

Yazol is a greeting, the word you'd call out to a friend across a room, warm and familiar. A word for someone you're genuinely glad to see.
